The Vancouver Linux Users Group (VanLUG) is a community run organisation that has formed to support and advocate on the behalf of Vancouver's Linux and Free/Open Source Software (F/OSS) users. VanLUG provides a forum for technology professionals and hobbyists to meet and discuss issues pertaining to Linux and F/OSS and is dedicated to helping those new to Linux connect with people, companies, and consultants in the Vancouver area who can assist them.
Meetings
VanLUG hosts regular monthly meetings, usually at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT). Information on upcoming and past meetings are posted on our Events page and announced on our mailing lists. Meetings are free of charge and are open to everyone.
